Jamie Pye

As a 1994 J.D. graduate of the Franklin Pierce Law Center, Jamie Py came to MEMA as legal counsel in 1995. He also holds an MBA from Drexel and is a member of the Maine Bar. In one of his former lives, Jamie worked as the facility manager for an oil company in New Hampshire. In 2002, Jamie was named the President of MEMA, a position he has served in ever since.

Hannah joined the MEMA team in early 2011 and brings tremendous value to the Association. With a broad background in senior-level accounting, she previously served as an accounting manager for a well-respected company in Portland. Hannah handles everything from accounts receivable and payable to budgetary work, administering MTEC registrations and managing Association software.

Sarah Nadeau
Administrative Assistant

Sarah, MEMA’S newest employee as of January 2019, comes to us with decades of administrative experience in both the small-business and non-profit industries. As the Association’s administrative assistant, Sarah cheerfully greets and assists all who enter our Brunswick offices. She answers the phone and manages a handful of other important duties, keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Robin Manson
Insurance Administrator

Robin joined MEMA in 1997 after being employed as the workers’ compensation underwriter for a third-party administrator. As a licensed insurance agent, Robin has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years. Robin handles all accounting aspects for MEMA’s Health and Workers’ Compensation Trusts, working closely with the trustees of each program while also acting as your contact for any questions or concerns involving the MEMA benefits packages.

Bryan Champagne

Bryan boasts vast knowledge and years of experience in the HVAC-R industry. A Master-level technician, Bryan instructs a variety of classes, including the Energy Conservation Technician Basic Training course, Hands-On Propane and Basic A/C with EPA Certification.


Matthew Morrison

Matt joined MEMA in 2016, previously working for Linda Bean in Freeport, first as her assistant and later as the COO of Linda Bean’s Perfect Maine. Matt brings with him strong employee management, marketing, PR and communication skills. He is tasked with membership engagement and growth, as well as driving attendance and public awareness for MTEC.

Jennifer Grace

Jen started at MEMA at the end of 2018. Prior to MEMA, Jen has worked with print companies across the globe on marketing strategy and social media planning. Her duties at MEMA include all aspects of marketing for MEMA and MTEC as well as member-focused event planning.

Dan Webber

Dan Webber:

Dan started at MTEC in the summer of 2018 and brings 20 years experience with him. He has worked in the residential, commercial and industrial areas of the trade and is a natural born teacher. We are happy to have him (and his vast knowledge of the industry).
