Roger A. Mitchell
Roger brings incredible value to the educational opportunities here at MTEC. With more than 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Roger not only delivers outstanding executive leadership and technical oversight, but has also made it his top priority to consistently improve upon our existing curriculum and develop new advanced level courses for 2009. In addition to his management duties, Roger currently teaches our Enhanced Hands-On Propane courses, in additional to all advanced level curriculum.

Bryan Champagne
An exciting addition to the MTEC staff, Bryan joins us to provide instruction for both the Energy Conservation Technician course and Enhanced “Hands On” Propane courses. Over the years, Bryan has educated technicians in the field and is eager to tackle the challenges of the classroom and lab environments.
Night Oil Instructor
Michael A. Pinnette
Mike came to MTEC with nearly 35 years of experience as a Master level technician wearing a host of different professional hats. Just prior to instructing for MTEC, Mike served as a state inspector with the office of licensing and registration. As the night instructor for the Energy Conservation Technician course Mike dedicates weeks to providing our students with a comprehensive training experience both in the classroom and in our state-of-the-art lab.
