Jamie Py came to MEMA as Legal Counsel in 1995, and is a 1994 J.D. graduate of the Franklin Pierce Law Center; holds an MBA from Drexel; and is a member of the Maine Bar. In one of his former lives, Jamie worked as the Facility Manager for an oil company in New Hampshire. In 2002, Jamie was named the President of MEMA.

 

 

Hannah Estes

Hannah joined the MEMA team in early 2011 and brings tremendous value to the association staff. Hannah has a broad background in senior level accounting and most recently served as an accounting manager for a well respected company in Portland. Hannah handles everything from accounts receivable and payable to budgetary work, administering MTEC registrations, and managing our association management software.

 

Aimee Senatore

MEMA's Director of Marketing & Member Services

Joining MEMA in January of 2008, Aimee will develop and lead the implementation of strategies which shape future business delivery of the MEMA Technical Education Center, MEMA education offerings, affiliation programs, and member services opportunities.

Aimee graduated from Roger Williams University and holds her MS in Adult Education from the University of Southern Maine. Prior to accepting her position with MEMA, Aimee most recently served as Development Director for the National Kidney Foundation of Maine. She has also worked in the private sector with roles focusing on marketing, sales, and benefit management.

 

 

Brenda Madore

MEMA's Receptionist/Adminstrative Assistant

Brenda joined the MEMA team in 2001 coming  to us from a health care environment. She is MEMA’s receptionist and administrative assistant. Brenda  cheerfully greets  and assists  all who enter our organization. She answers the phone and manages a handful of other important duties. Quite frankly she is the key to what keeps this operation running smoothly.

 

 

Jim Lusher

MTEC Instructor

Jim joined MEMA in 2010 to serve as our additional full time instructor. Jim has a BS in Industrial Technology from USM and significant experience in the electro-mechanical field specializing in marine industrial and semiconductor industries. Most recently Jim has been working in the HVAC industry and holds licenses in Oil, Gas, and EPA refrigerant certification. Jim is going to be instructing a variety of classes including the Energy Conservation Technician Basic Training course, Hands-On Propane, and Basic A/C with EPA Certification.

 

 

Robin Manson

MEMA's Insurance Administrator

Robin joined MEMA in 1997 after having worked as the worker’s compensation underwriter for a Third Party Administrator.  As a licensed insurance agent, Robin has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years.  Robin handles all accounting aspects for  MEMA’s Health and Workers Compensation Trusts as well as working very closely with the Trustees of each program.  She is your contact for any issues involving the MEMA insurance programs.
